One way to really challenge your endurance and strength is to perform complexes. A complex is when you perform several exercises back to back without rest. Kettlebells are the perfect tool for building killer complexes!
Get ready to work hard, recover strong, and feel alive!
Grab a single kettlebell you can press at least 5 times without compromising form.
Without setting the bell down perform:
- 5 Dead Clean
- 3 Strict Press
- 5 Single Rack Squats (hold the KB in the rack position and perform your squats from there.)
Set the bell down, shake it out briefly then repeat on the other side. Rest 1-2 minutes in between rounds. Complete 3-5 rounds.
If you still have still have some gas in the tank and want a little extra core work, perform 2-3 sets of the following;
- Leg Threads = 5/side (scale as needed!)
- Pullovers = 6-10 reps
- Egg Rolls = as many as you like! (This one is for recovery)
