Courage Corner Week 5: Stability builder

This week we have a fun full body challenge to improve your stability, coordination, and strength!
Perform the following circuit;
- Half Kneeling Halos = 5 each direction
- Rack Hold Compass Lunges - Hold the kettlebell in the Left Rack and perform your Left compass lunges. Repeat on the right side. Perform both sides twice to complete 1 set.
- Bottoms up press = 5/side (go very light to start!)
- Renegade Rows = 5/side (bodyweight or w/kettlebells)
Complete 2-5 rounds depending on time available and how you are feeling. Rest until you can easily breath through your nose after each exercise.
You may not have tried some of these exercises before, which is fantastic. Moving in new and challenging ways can be great for your brain and body. Stay curious and enjoy!
